We keep our delivery prices as low as possible and cover the cost to ourselves. Our website delivery price is based on order weight. Orders that are up to 2KG in total weight can be shipped by either Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Orders that are over 2KG in total weight are shipped by Parcel Force.

Your order will be processed by our team and packaged ready for dispatch.

You will receive a notification that your order has been shipped and tracking ill be added to your order (depending on service selected).
Delivered
Your order will be delivered by your chosen method and marked as complete.

International
We offer International delivery to most of Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. International delivery prices vary depending on the destination country. We offer Royal Mail International AirSure delivery for orders up to 2KG in weight and Parcel Force European Priority delivery for orders over 2KG in weight.
Delivery Cut Off Times
Our order cut off time is 2pm Monday to Friday, orders placed after this time may still be processed, however it is not guaranteed.
Turn Around Times
We endeavour to ship your item(s) as quickly and efficiently as possible, orders for in-stock items placed before 2pm will be dealt with and shipped the same evening. If you order past this time your order may not be shipped until the following day. Any orders placed over the weekend or during holiday periods will not be processed until the following working day.
Our website allows you to choose which delivery method you prefer when you place your order. We offer various services which have different delivery estimates. Depending on the urgency of your order you can choose either 2nd Class, 1st Class or Parcel Force delivery options; the choice is yours.
Exclusions
Delivery is to UK Mainland only; this excludes Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and other Offshore Islands. We are happy to delivery outside of the UK Mainland but please contact us prior to making an order so we can gain a price for delivery.
